The Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook Cranes (0-2) were defeated by Macomb Lutheran North Mustangs (2-2) in a CHSL crossover game 14-0.

Lutheran North capitalized on an intercepted Wittenberg pass deep in Cranbrook territory by senior LB Mark Fabili. Two plays later the Mustangs scored on 2-yard pass from freshman QB Adam Cesar to junior RB Nicolas Petersdorf for a 7-0 lead.

In the second quarter, Lutheran North put together a 10-play, 80-yard drive, culminating in a 4-yard TD run by senior RB Matt Drdul.

The Cranes offense sputtered as they committed several turnovers in the Saturday contest.

Defensively for the Cranes, senior DE Bryce Hall led the team with 10 tackles, while senior LB Drew Lauer and sophomore CB Alex Yolles each had an interception. Junior DT Victor Berger added a fumble recovery.

Cranbrook moves on to face Dearborn Divine Child next week.
